Will both be moved before the season? Ramsey seems to be gone for sure, mutually agreed, hopefully we get some good picks

Unbelievable. Ramsey was the most productive player we had on defense. So naturally we dump him. Just like Wilkins. But we keep a shitbag like Tyreek. Gave him an extention I believe.......we wont win again to Ross stops throwing money at morons.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

It's a good bet that pick #13 will be on defense and probably corner. Now is the best time to trade Ramsey, before the draft and before he starts to show his age. Why keep him and his contract, we're not going anywhere this season.

I guess its the New NFL. God forbid you keep good players maybe win a championship and add to the ROH. Over thinking 3 seasons ahead and getting rid known tried and true talant for more picks doesnt win championships unless you retain those players.

Grier is so out of touch......a reporter asked him today if he was concerned about leadership on the team with all the vets let go........he never mentioned TUA. Praised Hill who QUIT last season. Cant make this shit up. Grier is a cancer and his enabler ROSS doesn't give a F about winning. He wins every season......$$$$$$ Miami is still a top 5 earning team.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

In addition to the things mentioned above, in my opinion Grier has to go because his draft misses have been too costly:
- 2017 Harris over Watt
- 2020 Jackson over Jefferson (and, honestly, if we had done the "right" thing and lost to Cincy in 2019, we'd have picked Burrow #1 instead of Tua. Igbonoghene could have been X. McKinney or Jonathan Taylor or Antione Winfield.
- 2021 if we wanted, we could have stayed at #3 and picked Chase to go with Burrow and Jefferson. Trade down to 12 and get Parsons and keep the 2022 1st and 3rd rounders, 2023 1st rounder that SF gave us to get to #3. No need to take Phillips at 18 if you have Watt and Parsons. Maybe take Christian Darisaw.
- 2022 - no need to trade a 1st rounder for 'Reek cuz we have Jefferson (and maybe Chase). Instead, use our 2 1st rounders on OL (Tyler Smith? Linderbaum?)
- 2023 - no need to trade a 1st rounder for Chubb...so we still have a 1st rounder in spite of losing 1 for tampering (and would we have been tampering if we had Burrow?)

On one hand, one could say "no one drafts perfectly". But my point isn't that he would have drafted each of these but that he missed on every single one of them...causing himself to use draft capital in trades to remove additional potential for young, cheap 1st-round talent. And none of them require Miami to do any miraculous draft maneuvering...we had the picks in hand.

Honestly. Grier has had some great picks in the last decade........Tunsil, Fitzpatrick, Wilkins ,Van Ginkle, Philips, Chop Robinson..... problem is hes reckless with contracts and cant seem to retain them like other teams can with the same Cap.

Now we are getting rid of veteran greats like Ramsey for more rookies. What ever happened to keeping good players until they are bad? This team is so dysfunctional from Ross down. SMH

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I agree he's had some very good picks along with massive misses and missteps. An, where he's really shined is getting trade value for the Tunsil pick. Though, as noted, he didn't maximize them.

While both he and Flores didn't handle the situation as well as they could have, Fitz was more wrong (in my opinion) and it cost us. Flores just led the Pats D that completely stifled the Rams O to win the super bowl and Minkah was entering his 2nd year. They could have worked together to maximize his impact instead of him pitching a baby fit.

His recklessness with contracts is a massive achilles heal.
