Sometimes a football thread will stray off topic and then it gets closed. Even if the strayed content is interesting. You have to admit that sometimes Dolphins football is rather boring. With a specified off-topic place to go the football threads wouldn't have to stray.

There are people here from all walks of life and I think it's a good thing to share opinions about other things in life besides football. Many of us on this board have had issues with the Dolphins' play calling. Well, I am here to tell you, for those who didn't see the UM game, that their second half play calling was terrible.

The first half, Miami was very aggressive...taking a good sized lead into the half. Now, we must remember, that FSU has a reputation of starting slow and finishing fast. So, what does Miami do in the second half? Play clock management and mostly run the ball! The end result was predictable. FSU came back and beat Miami, with Miami scoring 3 points in the second half.

I noticed that in the Twitter feed on the News Wire page, one of the included reporters is Hal Habib. I don't know if he technically covers the Dolphins, but the only thing he posts about on Twitter is the English Premier League.

Ghotirule was on Kaepernick early. He was a big fan. I think he was even in favor of taking him in the first round. I hadn't seen him play until he brought him up.


And CB, DolphinKing was DEFINITELY Ghotirule. I knew it from the very beginning. He had the same vibe, at least from my perspective, and a VERY similar IP address.

Not indisputable proof for sure, but the IP address salted it for me. Beyond that, Ghotirule asked to be deleted from the site after I quit being a mod and left. His account was deleted, mine was locked...both at our own requests. Like me, he decided to come back and had to create a new account to do so. Unlike me, he pretended to be someone else and denied his original identity. Frankly, that tells me all I need to know about the guy.
